Interactive Producer

This is a Full Time Job

Social media company is looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Interactive Producer to manage a team of Interactive Coordinators, writers, and community moderators to produce a branded online community. This position will report to our head of production, and will work directly with various units within our company, including technology and account management to deliver a premiere online community for a large consumer brand. The position is based out of our Los Angeles office and will coordinate with brand representatives and local production teams in Mexico. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of social media and technology, with a background in video production and multimedia content production.

Responsibilities
-Manage a multi-disciplinary team of coordinators writers to produce content and run an interactive online experience
-Build interactive content bible and provide creative oversight for the campaign under the supervision of our head of production

Qualifications
-Bachelors Degree
-2 years experience in a fast-paced corporate environment preferably in the entertainment or social media business
-Excellent communication skills
-Proactive “can do” attitude
-Must have has experience with production in both US and Mexico.
-Candidate must be bi-lingual (English/Spanish), and have experience producing content that was distributed in Mexico and targeted toward the Mexican audience.
-Would be preferred if the candidate is familiar with Mexican culture and local/regional Mexican cooking, and has spent a significant amount of time in Mexico.

Skills
-Strong creative sense with an ability to guide a real-time story as it unfolds online
-Familiarity with WordPress, Drupal, Tumblr and other CMS’s
