What You'll Do:
-Pitch and close high-value brand deals, sponsorships, and campaigns for some of the most influential digital creators in the world.
-Tap into your network of agencies, PR firms, and brand decision-makers to bring real opportunities to the table.
-Lead end-to-end deal execution - from outreach and negotiation to contract management and campaign delivery.
-Identify emerging trends and market shifts to stay ahead of the curve and position talent accordingly.
-Work cross-functionally on pitch decks, media kits, and campaign strategy.
What We're Looking For:
-Proven experience managing or representing talent with 15M+ followers - no exceptions.
-A strong existing network of brand and agency contacts - especially in fashion, tech, gaming, and lifestyle.
-A track record of closing 5- to 7-figure partnerships with recognizable global brands.
-Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, and the broader creator economy.
-Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
-Someone who's proactive, detail-obsessed, and hungry to win.
