In Office Executive Assistant

Prestigious boutique talent agency located in West Hollywood seeks executive assistant to two talent agents for immediate hire. Tasks include, but are not limited to, heavy appointment scheduling for clients, rolling calls, corresponding with clients, casting offices, and production companies, handling client and agent calendars. Previous TV & film experience at a talent agency and/or management company and knowledge of InEntertainement, Breakdown Express, Microsoft Outlook a must. Desire to be an agent and/or looking to learn the agency side a plus. Willing to commit to at least a year.
