How do I hire an In House Catering / Client Services? NYC creative studio is seeking an entry-level candidate to join our team.
We are a creative collective of editors, designers, CG artists, audio engineers, directors, producers, digital technologists and strategists seeking an experienced In House Catering person that is a whiz at client services!
This position is responsible for handling several floors of active staff and clients and their culinary needs.
The Client Services person is responsible for cooking, preparing and plating small dishes and food on site; a strong interest in cooking and food prep is a must!
The ideal candidate is someone that understands luxury concierge service, has a personality that shines, and understands the finer points of interacting with and servicing clients.
Responsibilities include:
• Creating/preparing hors d'oeuvre, small plates, snacks for all client meetings
• Interfacing with clients and knowing how to anticipate their needs
• Purchasing necessary kitchen supplies/grocery runs
• Inventory
• Proactive with offering various food/drink options, including paleo and gluten free foods
• Assist with organizing social and company events
• Service and cleanup kitchens by making sure they are neatly kept
• Refresh all coffee stations as needed
• Comply with food safety regulations

Qualifications:
• Understanding how to plate and present is a MUST!
• PEOPLE personality
• Professionally trained or previous experience plating, presenting and preparing small dishes
