Fast-growing Film, TV & Podcast platform seeks Head of Content & Partnerships.
The position is virtual but must live & work in Los Angeles.

* You have 10+ years of experience as a producer/executive & have successfully set up & produced film/tv content
* You possess great relationships throughout streaming platforms, studios, networks & talent agencies/management co's
* You are a strategic thinker & are passionate about technology, new business models & creating innovation in the film/TV industry
* You lead with strategy, but are also well versed in story development

>>And these goals excite you...

*Collaborate to develop the company's 1-, 3- & 5-year plans
*Collaborate to set up & produce 10 film & TV project within 3 years
*Establish 2 strategic partnerships in 2024, and 2 output deals by Dec 2025
*Collaborate to create & successfully implement a fundraising plan by Dec 2025

Compensation: To be negotiated as a package to include some mix of:
• Salary + benefits
• Participation in company 'profit sharing' bonus pool
• Partnership and/or project specific incentives & credits
