Freelance Personal Assistant (On-Call)

MUST BE LONDON BASED

We are seeking a highly flexible and reliable Freelance Event & Lifestyle Assistant to support a high-profile individual within the entertainment and fashion industry. This is an on-call, hourly-paid role, ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about content creation, events, and fashion.

You must be available on short notice, especially for last-minute events, fittings, and industry-related outings. The ideal candidate is stylish, professional, and confident in high-pressure, high-profile spaces. Working hours between 4-6 a week.

Responsibilities:
Assist with event preparation, pickups, and on-site support
Attend events and capture curated behind-the-scenes content (photos, short videos, etc.)
Run occasional errands related to fashion, styling, or scheduling
Maintain discretion and professionalism at all times
Present well and represent the client's brand with poise
Requirements:
London-based with flexible availability (especially on short notice)
Strong interest or experience in fashion, entertainment, or social media
Confident using a phone camera/social tools to help curate content
Reliable, organised, and comfortable in fast-paced settings
Must sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)
This is a freelance position paid hourly, with hours varying week to week based on need.
