Founder Assistant & Creative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and resourceful Founders' Assistant & Creative Coordinator to support two founders working across music, entrepreneurship, and creative projects.

This is a dynamic hybrid role combining personal and professional support with coordination across select artist, content, and creative projects. We're looking for someone who loves making things happen, brings order to a fast-moving environment, and is equally comfortable handling day-to-day logistics and helping bring creative ideas to life.

The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, discreet, culturally curious, and highly organized, with strong creative instincts and an interest in music, art, entertainment, and social media.

Responsibilities will vary week to week, but the role will generally be approximately 50% founder and personal support, 25% artist and creative projects, and 25% content and social media.

Founder & Personal Support
• Support both founders with day-to-day scheduling, logistics, and personal administration
• Coordinate appointments, reservations, travel, itineraries, and personal commitments
• Maintain to-do lists, track outstanding items, and proactively follow up
• Research and coordinate restaurants, services, gifts, events, appointments, and other requests
• Assist with errands, purchases, returns, shipping, and miscellaneous needs
• Help prepare for travel, events, appearances, shoots, and other commitments
• Coordinate household vendors, deliveries, maintenance, and household projects
• Assist with pet care logistics and coordination
• Help coordinate rental property turnover, including cleaners, supplies, maintenance, and guest needs
• Anticipate needs and proactively find ways to make the founders' lives more organized and efficient

Artist & Creative Projects
• Help coordinate select artist and creative projects involving the founders
• Maintain release and creative calendars and keep projects moving toward deadlines
• Organize music, artwork, photography, video, credits, metadata, and other creative assets
• Coordinate with producers, engineers, photographers, directors, designers, distributors, publicists, and other collaborators
• Assist with music releases, photo and video shoots, performances, content days, and other creative projects
• Research visual references, concepts, locations, collaborators, and vendors
• Create and organize mood boards and creative references
• Track project deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups
• Assist with artist profiles, websites, EPKs, bios, and release materials

Content & Social Media
• Support select founder and artist social media accounts
• Maintain content calendars and organize photo and video assets
• Help identify opportunities for content around creative projects, professional milestones, travel, events, and everyday moments
• Capture casual photo and video content when appropriate
• Assist with editing and preparing short-form content for publishing
• Help develop captions, content ideas, and creative references
• Research relevant social trends, formats, creators, and cultural moments
• Coordinate photographers, videographers, editors, stylists, and other creative collaborators as needed
• Help execute content surrounding artist releases and other creative projects

Experience in music, entertainment, artist management, creative production, social media, founder support, or personal assistance is helpful, but we're most interested in exceptional judgment, initiative, organization, taste, and follow-through.
