A boutique talent agency in Beverly Hills is looking for a professional, motivated and detailed-oriented floater who will be able to start in the next two weeks. Our office is team-oriented: hard-working and friendly. Responsibilities include handling phones, rolling calls, welcoming clients and potential clients into the office, script coverage, working on industry software such as Breakdown Express, Casting Networks, etc. Conversing with casting offices and clients. Going on runs, covering the assistants' desk, keeping track of office supplies. The floater should be able to problem solve, prioritize, think ahead and communicate confidently. In return you'll learn the business side of entertainment from knowledgeable and supportive co-workers.
Requirements/Skills:
Bachelor's degree required
At least one year of entertainment experience.
Dependable transportation, driver's license & proof of insurance.
Great communication and multi-tasking
Proper Phone etiquette
MAC/PC & Internet proficient.
Well-organized and able to stay on task
Has professional etiquette and friendly demeanor.
Able to take direction
Punctual
