Finishing Producer

This is a Full Time Job

In this role, you will work with our post-production teams to coordinate and oversee projects undergoing picture and sound finishing. This includes bidding, scheduling, resource allocation, asset tracking, and final delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing anywhere between 5-15 projects at a given time. You will develop relationships with current and prospective business and act as a primary liaison between staff and clients. This is not an entry level post position. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of post experience. Those with the following credits are encouraged to apply: Post supervisor, Post manager or Project manager.
This role will report directly to a Senior Producer and will be in-person Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 6:30pm.
Responsibilities and duties
- Greeting and checking in both clients and media for incoming sessions.
- Managing and tracking online milestones across projects.
- Preparing estimates and invoices (Productive.io).
- Tracking online digital deliverables between client and In house team.
- Working cross-functionally with department heads to ensure all company
calendars are updated regularly.
- Oversee completion and quality assurance of requested tasks.
- Completing all projects on time and on budget.
Preferred Knowledge
- The ability to identify project needs and work proactively.
- Working knowledge of post-production workflows, specifically online.
- Experience managing logistics across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to manage client demands and expectations.
- Knowledge of delivering to independent production companies, all major
networks, streamers, and film festivals.
- Previous experience with the following is a plus (training will be provided):
Google suite, Productive.io, Media Shuttle, Frame.io.
