Entertainment Marketing Agency seeks a TV/Film Assistant Position
Responsibilities & Requirements:

College degree and valid driver's license required
Excellent professional writing skills, attention to detail, and ability to stay organized while multitasking a must
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint) and Google Docs
Outgoing, professional demeanor and dress with consummate phone skills; you will be a liaison between company, clients, and studios
Assist Film Manager with reading scripts for placement opportunities, reaching out to productions, keeping track of the film release schedule, and screening completed films for placements and reporting
Assist Television Manager with reaching out to productions, gathering product for set delivery, and keeping track of loaned merchandise
Manage a substantial inventory of client products, including receiving deliveries, organizing the warehouse, and assembling orders for shipping
Team player who will assist in other office and clerical duties when needed, including answering phones
Sales and entertainment marketing experience a plus
Must be comfortable with driving a variety of different vehicles
Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds
