Search for Film Market Coordinator jobs in Los Angeles-CA
Coordinate company's film sales market attendance (EFM, Cannes, TIFF, AFM) and spearhead all logistics such as: office design, travel & accommodation, screenings, event planning, budget management. Position travels to the markets/festivals to work on-site for the duration of the market.
Manage communication with international distribution partners on a film-by-film basis.
Work with marketing team on the creation of sales materials and international campaign development and clearances; manage delivery deadlines to ensure they are met.
Manage company website, social media accounts, as well as other various product and contact databases.
Work with PR team to coordinate press release approval and field international PR requests.
Manage international film festival requests and submissions.
Organize and manage select marketing and production assets (ie. unit photography).
Track and approve international release dates and international marketing material submissions; review and approve international territory P&A plans.
Coordinate non-market film screenings.
Required skills: excel, word, photoshop, web + social media management, excellent file/server organization. AV, print production knowledge, basic comfort level reading legal contracts a plus.
Must have strong communication and organizational skills, ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and manage tight deadlines; MUST be a team player.
Looking for a self-starter who can independently problem solve and is eager to grow. Excellent growth opportunities within the company for the right candidate.
Ideally 2 years experience in international film marketing, distribution or sales.
