DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Editor to join the post-production team for a paid, action-thriller feature film set in the late 1980s (approx. 90-100 minutes).

This Los Angeles-based project blends intense action with psychological tension, set against a richly detailed 1980s backdrop.

We're looking for an editor with a dynamic, cinematic style who can honor the tone and aesthetic of the era while enhancing story, pacing, and performance.

The ideal candidate has:
• Proven experience editing feature-length films (action/thriller a plus)
• A strong sense of narrative flow and tension
• Comfort collaborating closely with the director

Familiarity with the visual and cultural style of the 1980s is essential, along with proficiency in Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, or other professional NLEs.
