Fashion Model Talent Manager

We are currently looking for a Fashion Model Manager to work out of our Chicago or New York Offices. The individual must have a background in Fashion, be aware of current trends and have a passion to work with people. The position deals with the Management of the existing and new incoming Fashion Models who are working with the Agency. Daily Tasks include working with the Image Department in obtaining updated digitals, Selecting Test Images and working to build the Models Presence through Social Media and Direct Marketing and working with the talent to ensure that This is a team member job where the individual will work with the existing Agents on the Models Career Path and be a part of the development team to ensure the Model is kept informed of offers and opportunities. The Manager will also attend scouting events around the US, scouting for New Models for representation by the Agency. The Company is a 30 year old established Agency with Multiple Offices in the US. We are looking for experience individuals who understand the Agency Business but will also look at training the right person who fits the team.
