PART-TIME FAMILY ASSISTANT

*A busy private household is seeking a dependable, proactive, and highly organized Family Assistant to provide operational support and help keep day-to-day life running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule & Compensation
*Schedule: Wednesday-Saturday; minimum 16 hours per week with opportunity for additional hours. Flexibility required for weekend scheduling.
*Compensation: $30/hour, mileage reimbursement for work-related driving, and major holidays off.

Key Responsibilities
*Run household and personal errands.
*Restock snacks, drinks, toiletries, and household supplies.
*Provide weekday and weekend driving support for the family's 14-year-old son, including school, activities, and appointments.
*Pick up prescriptions and over-the-counter medications as needed.
*Coordinate online orders, returns, and deliveries.
*Assist with household organization and maintaining common areas.
*Transport pets to veterinary and grooming appointments as needed.
*Support the Head of Operations with daily tasks and special projects.
*Handle vendor pickups, deliveries, and miscellaneous household support.

Qualifications
*Family Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Nanny experience preferred.
*Must have a reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
*Comfortable driving children and transporting pets to veterinary appointments.
*Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
*Professional, proactive, dependable, and able to work independently.
*Comfortable maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
*Flexibility required, particularly for weekend scheduling.
