Fall Intern - Talent Management

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

BUSY TOP TALENT MANAGEMENT COMPANY representing talent in television, film, theater, music and digital, is seeking a part-time fully remote FALL 2023 INTERN. This internship is for college credit only, and is estimated to begin AUGUST/SEPTEMBER 2023 and end in DECEMBER 2023. (Start and end times are determined based on your school schedule)

Responsibilities:
• Daily communications with talent, casting, managers, agents, and publicists
• Assist in creation of pitches to casting and studios
• Manage a high influx of emails and calls
• Assist in preparing and updating client materials
• Monitor breakdowns and submissions
• Learn and use industry programs (Breakdown Express, Casting Networks, CastIt, etc)

Qualifications:
• Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree during the length of the program
• Committed and available to work for the entire length of the semester
• Available 12 hours/week (or available at least 2 full days per week to intern)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Large interest in the entertainment industry
