About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated, curious, and proactive Talent Management & Brand Partnerships Intern to join our team remotely. This position offers a hands-on look into the business side of entertainment and the creator economy. You will work directly with our management team to research brand integration opportunities for our roster of actors and digital content creators, scout prospective talent, and build relationships with key marketing agencies.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Research & Strategy
Conduct market research to identify potential brand partnership, sponsorship, and endorsement opportunities for our clients (actors and content creators).
Map out marketing agencies, PR firms, and brand managers aligned with our clients' target demographics and niches.
Track industry trends, recent brand campaigns, and emerging deal structures across entertainment and social media.
Talent Scouting & Representation
Research and identify emerging content creators, influencers, and actors to potentially add to our client roster.
Analyze prospective talent's engagement rates, brand affinity, audience metrics, and platform growth (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.).
Outreach & Communication
Draft and send targeted outreach emails and pitch decks to brands, agencies, and prospective talent.
Assist in managing outreach trackers, following up on open leads, and logging response rates.
Support the creation of client media kits, one-sheets, and pitch materials.
Qualifications & Requirements
Academic Requirement: Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program and eligible to receive academic credit for the internship.
Eagerness to Learn: A genuine interest in talent management, digital media, entertainment, and brand marketing.
Self-Starter Mindset: Willingness to ''dig in,'' take initiative, and dive into deep research without needing every step micromanaged.
Strong Communication: Excellent written communication skills for crafting clear, persuasive pitch emails and professional correspondence.
Platform Knowledge: Deep familiarity with social media platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Twitch) and current pop culture/creator trends.
Organization: High attention to detail with the ability to keep spreadsheets, outreach lists, and client notes neat and up to date.
