Fall Intern - Talent Agent

Internship Start Date/Season: September, 2026 - December 2026 (Flexible start dates)
Internship Duration: 4 months/Fall Semester
Time/Days Required: 2-3 days per week, 11 AM - 3 PM
Workplace Requirements: This is a remote position

Role Description:
This is a remote fall part-time unpaid internship position. Responsibilities include social media management, assisting head agents in day to day operations of the agency, communicating with our talent, sending out appointments out to clients, and scouting new clients among other things. This is an ideal position for someone interested in casting or talent representation. Ideally, looking for 2-3 days per week remotely.

Responsibilities:
-Shadow agency assistants and lead agents
-Assist as needed with day-to-day business
-Conduct data entry and administrative tasks
-Contribute to social media, website, and marketing initiatives
-Assist with selecting new talent candidates
-Assist with project submissions, talent auditions, talent meetings, and job bookings
-Scouting new talent by attending shows and showcases as needed with agent assistants
-Manage calendars for talent and lead agents
