Executive Personal Assistant to High Profile Talent- Beverly Hills
A prominent and accomplished talent is currently in search of a seasoned Executive Personal Assistant to complement their team. This pivotal role involves reporting directly to the principal, and working in tandem with the CEO and Chief of Staff. The ideal candidate should boast a minimum of five years' experience supporting notable talents or Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWIs). We are specifically seeking an individual who excels at problem-solving, thrives as a team player, and represents their principal in a professional manner. Outstanding communication skills, adept time management, and tech-savviness are essential qualities for this role. Time management as well as system management is key for success in this role. Back up plans and thinking through the day as changes occur is very important!
Monday thorough Friday - VERY BUSY role though, and ON call for weekends/evenings (due to client's lifestyle and job)

Primary responsibilities encompass:
Aid the Principal in organizing essentials for shoots, travel, panels, and meetings.
Skillfully manage personal appointments and bookings.
Keep personal and business schedules and calendars up to date.
Facilitate meeting preparations and streamline travel logistics.
Prepare comprehensive reports and charts for senior management.
Manage gifting and express gratitude through thoughtful notes.
Monitor and respond to fan mail correspondence.
Efficiently sort and distribute home mail.
Event Planning and Coordination
Coordinate transportation arrangements and meticulously track event-related expenses.
Develop detailed run-of-show documents for both travel and business events.
Oversee the Principal's in-home software and computer setup.
Undertake daily errands and oversee house-related tasks.
Provide assistance to the nanny with tasks related to the baby's needs.
Serve as a runner for personal errands.
Schedule and supervise household repairs.
Assist with lighting setup and impromptu content capture.
Provide support for various business activities and projects.
Handle invoice management, budgeting, and payment processing.
Maintain meticulously organized contact databases.
Stay updated on information pertaining to glamour, hair, styling databases, and associated rates.
Manage the Principal's in-home software and computer setup.
