Executive Legal Assistant to Entertainment Lawyer

Boutique Transactional Entertainment Law Firm seeks Executive Legal Assistant to partner. Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience working as a legal assistant at an entertainment law firm or studio, in the business affairs department at a talent agency or as an assistant at a talent agency or talent management firm. Strong organizational skills a must, along with the ability to multi-task, anticipate needs and remain calm in high-pressure situations. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with an attention to detail. Ability to maintain a high-level of confidentiality. Take ownership of projects, following through from start to finish. Capable of prioritizing time-sensitive projects in a professional and polite manner. Should possess an understanding of legal document management and workflow for film and television deals is required (e.g., tracking contracts, signatures and payments).

Responsibilities also include phones and client interaction, scheduling, electronic filing, payment tracking and other typical assistant-related tasks. Bachelor's degree preferred. M-F. 9:00am - 6:00pm. Salary DOE/ Benefits
