Assistant responsible for the organization of the director's calendar, digital and physical archive, social media account, and scheduling for all professional meetings and calls. Updating website.
The creative side of the position is the majority of the work and a daily process of image pulling, image research, mood board construction, treatment building/writing, creative brainstorming, styling pulls, script coverage, and treatment design/layout. Must be adept in Keynote, Dropbox, Instagram. Photoshop/Premiere knowledge is not required but is recommended.
The job is LA based.
