An acclaimed, high-profile film director is seeking a sharp, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support across both creative and personal workflows. This is a fast-paced, dynamic role for someone who thrives in high-pressure environments, anticipates needs before they arise, and is deeply passionate about film and storytelling. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and discreet, with a strong understanding of the entertainment industry and a ''no task too big or small'' mindset.
This position is based in Los Angeles and is in person 5 days a week with occasional work on the weekends as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex scheduling across multiple time zones, including meetings, travel, and on-set commitments
Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between the director and producers, agents, studios, and key team members
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and logistics
Support on-set needs during production, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Assist with script coverage, creative materials, and research as needed
Handle personal assistant duties, including errands, reservations, and household coordination
Track deadlines, deliverables, and key project milestones
Maintain strict confidentiality across all professional and personal matters
Travel as needed
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience supporting a high-level executive, ideally in film, television, or entertainment
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-moving environment
Discretion and professionalism at all times
Proficiency in Google Suite, scheduling tools, and general production workflows
Passion for film and a desire to grow within the industry
Bonus Points:
