A Creative Operator Role for a Rare Individual
This is not an assistant job.
This is a core operating seat alongside a founder building across music, early-stage venture, and creative IP-from chart-topping artists and viral campaigns to startups and high-impact storytelling.
We're looking for someone who loves the details but also sees the bigger picture. Someone who can toggle between artist meetings and investor calls, between spreadsheets and storyboards-while keeping everything on time, in flow, and beautifully organized.
If you're the type who gets satisfaction from precision and momentum-who can move between structure and creativity without dropping a thread-you'll thrive here.
-
- ? What You'll Do
• Own and optimize the founder's calendar, inbox, and day-to-day priorities
• Maintain clarity and rhythm across music releases, venture deals, and creative campaigns
• Prepare internal docs: briefs, decks, follow-ups, notes, and creative strategy summaries
• Manage communications with precision and tone-email triage, professional drafting, relationship tracking
• Coordinate logistics for studio sessions, shoots, pitch meetings, and high-level travel
• Help develop and refine operating systems that keep the creative and business sides in sync
• Support both professional and personal logistics with care, taste, and discretion
• Occasionally scout locations or run important errands (must have a car)
-
- You May Be a Fit If:
• You've supported a creative founder, investor, or high-output artist before
• You take pride in being the steady hand behind fast-moving ideas
• You write clearly, organize naturally, and bring calm to high-pressure situations
• You're just as comfortable organizing files as you are spotting typos in lyrics or decks
• You thrive in fast-paced creative environments (studios, startups, strategy rooms)
• You're based in Los Angeles, on time, and thrive in in-person collaboration
-
- ? Bonus If You Have:
• Background in music, media, content development, or startup operations
• Experience with release timelines, deal flow, or creative production calendars
• Ability to write clean briefs, elegant emails, or presentation copy
• Strong emotional intelligence, and know how to move quietly and powerfully
• A natural love for organizing-files, systems, timelines, and ideas

Why This Role Matters
In the right hands, this role becomes a force multiplier.
You'll work alongside a founder who operates across some of the most exciting lanes in modern music and venture. You'll have a front-row seat to real decisions, evolving IP, and the building of brands, campaigns, and careers. The impact is real-and so is the trust.
If you're looking for meaning, mastery, and momentum-this is your lane.
-
- ? A Small Test of Detail
If you noticed a typo or formatting inconsistency in this post, please mention it in your email. Thoughtfulness and care are part of what makes someone exceptional-and we notice those things.
-
If you see the creative thread in complexity, organize instinctively, and love making things work behind the scenes-this is your moment.?
