We're looking for a sharp, highly organized Executive Assistant to support a founder and creative executive operating at the intersection of music, startups, and early-stage investments.
This role is perfect for someone who's detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands both creative and business operations. You'll be working hands-on with artists, startup founders, music execs, and partners.
- - - Responsibilities
• Manage daily schedule, calls, and in-person meetings
• Organize and prioritize workflows across music and VC projects
• Prepare briefs, internal communications, and meeting notes
• Coordinate logistics for content shoots, studio sessions, events, and investor meetings
• Track ongoing projects and help move things from idea to execution
• Handle email, calendar, and inbox management with a high degree of discretion
• Support travel planning, personal errands, and team operations
- Who We're Looking For
• Based in Los Angeles and available to work in-office
• Previous experience as an EA or ops support in music, entertainment, or VC/startups
• Reliable, proactive, resourceful, and able to handle confidential info with care
• Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, etc.)
• A natural problem solver with strong communication and time-management skills
- - Bonus Points For:
• Experience working with artists, talent managers, or startup founders
• Understanding of the music release process or A&R timelines
• Interest in early-stage startups or venture capital
