SUMMARY:

Responsibilities:
The Executive Assistant will have a diverse range of duties, including but not limited to:
• Handling incoming calls, including professionally rolling calls as needed
• Hosting and scheduling Zoom meetings and conferences
• Managing and reconciling expense reports
• Facilitating all aspects of schedule coordination with precision and efficiency
• Assisting in the planning and execution of shoots, events, and other major projects
• Coordinating updates to various grids and essential documents
• Proactively communicating with all team members, always staying three steps ahead to anticipate needs

Qualifications:
• Must have at least two years as an EA in the TV industry.
• A positive and professional demeanor that reflects our brand's image
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management capabilities
• Reliable personal transportation
• A proven track record of strong interpersonal relationships and utmost confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Google Suite
• A genuine willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within our dynamic industry

Position Details:
This is a full-time, in-person, salaried position based in our Sherman Oaks/Los Angeles office.
