Executive Assistant two Co-CEO's & Digital Talent
Seeking a highly professional and organized individual to fill the role of Executive Assistant to the Co-Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) of a digital media company who are also well known. The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEOs in both their professional and personal endeavors. Must possess exceptional organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and can work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage the CEOs' schedules and assist in prioritizing tasks to ensure objectives are met.
Anticipate and address any potential issues or challenges that may arise.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and exercise sound judgment in decision-making.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Collaborate effectively with team members and external stakeholders as needed.
Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Display a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
Take initiative in identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Perform administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Coordinate with nannies, housekeepers, house manager, and spouse's assistant to ensure seamless daily operations.
Assist in organizing events and managing reservations, appointments, errands, and stocking.
Manage gift procurement.
Keep the principal on schedule and task.
Maintain a day-to-day ''To Do'' list and provide daily updates on completed tasks and outstanding items.
Proactively anticipate the principal's needs and initiate helpful projects without being asked.
Additional Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
Bonus for having a law degree or understanding of contracts and negotiations.
Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role, preferably supporting senior executives or CEOs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Familiarity with digital media and entertainment industry practices is advantageous.
Experience working for a talent is preferred.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
