We are a Talent Sourcing consulting firm representing a select group of high-profile individuals and companies in entertainment/media/technology.
Our client has retained us to identify an Executive Assistant with 2+years experience as an Assistant.
You will support the VP of Finance. They are looking for someone who has an interest in developing a career in the Financial/Operations side of the business.
There is a great deal of potential to learn and develop, but not on the creative side…although you will be emersed in a well-known entertainment industry culture.
You need to be a dues payer with solid administrative skill-sets, strong writing skills to do proofing and follow-up, and the confidence and ability to be the liaison at all levels within the company.
The compensation is wide-ranging ($50-$80k) depending on experience.
You may be a more junior person, a Business Administration graduate willing to go the assistant route, with the potential to rise within the entertainment world (2 years experience) with the required skill-sets-or a more career-oriented Assistant who loves what they do and would love to do it in an amazing entertainment company.
