Seeking a proactive and personable Executive Assistant. Supporting a very busy Showrunner/Executive Producer, we require a confident individual ideally with experience in both production and administration. Must speak both French and English fluently.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinates schedules, external and internal meetings and travel arrangements as required
• Exceptional organizational, planning and interpersonal skills combined with a very proactive and dedicated work ethic.
• Ability to manage priorities, enhance efficiencies and respond to changes
• Ability to ensure clear, concise and accurate correspondence and notes
• Ability to plan and respond to executive meetings and client needs
• Monitors and tracks actions and status on items
• Ensures clear and effective communication updates
• Updates and maintains Executive Producer files including contacts / database
• Ensures thoroughness in accomplishing both large and small tasks
Job Requirements:
• Experience as an Assistant, PA or Production Coordinator and relevant degree, travel and calendar management and extensive administration abilities would be preferred
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Preference given to those with an understanding of film and television production
• Preference given to those who are fluently bilingual
• Preference given to those with a working knowledge of final draft
• Effective business email etiquette
• Excellent Computer and Microsoft Office, spreadsheet skills (word, excel, Mac )
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently
• Handles pressure and multitasking in a calm manner
• Above all, the ideal applicant should be a proactive team player with a positive attitude
