A well-established NYC-based casting company is currently seeking an Executive Assistant.
This position is full-time, remote.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• 2+ years of work experience as an executive assistant (preferably at a casting company/talent agency/management company)
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft software/Microsoft Teams, Asana, Slack, Zoom
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
• Tech savvy & great computer skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Excellent time management & written/verbal communication skills
• Anticipate the daily needs of the founder in regards to schedules, incoming inquiries and administrative tasks
• An Active thinker who sees the bigger picture and plans ahead for tasks & schedules,
• Respond in a timely manner to inquiries, internal communications and schedule changes
• Understanding of the entertainment industry
• Able to interact confidently with individuals at all levels of organization, particularly senior/executive producer levels
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi task, independently and as part of a team; Must be flexible and adaptable to change
Responsibilities:
• Provide daily executive and administrative support to the founder/team
• Maintain the company/founder's checklist/calendar and assist with scheduling/setting up meetings for upcoming projects in casting & development
• Act as an all-around gatekeeper and strategically manage time with respect to priorities, goals, and objectives
• Attend virtual meetings and take notes when requested
• Handle any needs as they arise and exhibit flexibility to help in projects
• Arrange Zoom meetings, phone calls, work in Asana, and organize lists internally
