Looking to fill 2 entry level office assistant for restauranteur and owner of an event production company. Will work together to handle both personal and business items. Candidate must be motivated, resourceful, detail oriented with superior organizational and communication skills to mulit-task in a fast-faced environment.
A good candidate is:
• Personable and Prompt
• Proficient on Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Has knowledge of and ability to save and update all passwords to the Dashline App
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Well-Organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task with great follow up skills
• Prompt in responding to requests and responsible with follow-through
• Able to work alone and with others
• Anticipates issues before they occur
• Discreet, with demonstrated ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
• Flexible and able to work evenings, weekend, and holidays as required
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Heavy scheduling
• Greeting Incoming Clients and Guests
• Calendar management (including family schedule/activities)
• Travel Coordination and Itinerary Preparation - adding plans to calendar and TripIt App
• Responding to emails and document requests
• Rolling and taking notes on calls
• Office Management
• Property Management (of multiple properties)
• Expense Reports
• Other Personal and Administrative tasks as Required
• Manage Deliveries & Returns
• Shopping for Office Supplies and Groceries for Office Space
• Personal errands: Returns, bill payments, etc
