Description:
We are a Staffing Agency seeking a temp Executive Assistant to support a Business Affairs Executive and provide support to 2 other Executives. This opportunity may turn into a temp to hire but for now it is an open ended temp assignment.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Managing complex calendars, including scheduling meetings
Track phone and email correspondence
Keeping phone logs
Rolling calls
Keeping a log of business contacts
Booking travel and arranging accommodations
Preparing itineraries
Creating and tracking expense reports
Redlining contracts
General office and administrative duties
Special projects as needed
Skills and Requirements:
Previous Executive Assistant experience supporting a Business Affairs Executive in the Entertainment Industry
Bachelor's Degree required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to redline contracts -required
PC/MAC MS Office; MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
