Busy literary management/production company seeks Executive Assistant to support a growing team of managers. Duties include (but are not limited to) heavy scheduling, rolling calls, phone sheet maintenance, tracking submissions, invoicing, reading and evaluating scripts, etc. You should be highly organized and excellent at multitasking, comfortable interfacing with high-level clients, and passionate about TV. Previous desk experience required, as this person will be jumping into an expanding team. We are a small but busy office, with plenty of opportunity to be exposed to all aspects of literary management and production. We have clients working on network, cable, and streaming shows, and we produce dozens of films and TV shows every year. We have an extremely low turnover rate as we like to promote from within, so candidates with an interest in management or development are encouraged to apply.
