CEO/President of talent management company representing film, TV, and theater actors, writers, and directors located in New York City is seeking a full-time executive assistant.
This is a fast-paced environment and the candidate should be able to maintain a calm, professional manner while juggling multiple tasks at once. Candidate should be comfortable answering phones and interfacing with clients on a regular basis. The ideal individual will possess exemplary written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, and an upbeat personality. We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated, dedicated, and eager individual. A bachelor's degree and prior entertainment or talent agency experience is required.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct a high volume of phone calls
- Interact with actors, directors, producers, and executives via phone and email
- Schedule meetings, manage heavy calendars
- Create itineraries
- Effectively interact and communicate with all levels of employees
- Handle pressure in a professional manner
- Additional responsibilities as they occur
Qualifications:
- Excellent problem solver
- Ability to make sound decisions quickly; use practical approaches
-Must be computer and tech savvy
- Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook
-Ability to multi-task
