Top talent management/production firm looking for high level, experienced executive assistant to work for an executive who is both a talent manager and EVP of Business Affairs. A positive attitude and a professional phone manner are musts as is a patient, personable, level-headed demeanor. A couple of years of experience with heavy phones, scheduling and extreme multi-tasking is preferred. Business Affairs experience is not necessary - willingness to learn about Business Affairs and the ability to be organized and extremely detail oriented are necessary. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): coordinating all aspects of the executive's professional and personal life; handling client submissions and the coordination of client schedules; creating and maintaining records of all client bookings and being responsible for the tracking and the receipt of client fees and company commissions; handling heavy phones; maintaining business affairs files and reference library; assisting in the drafting and distribution of Business Affairs letters and memos, tracking company producing projects. Discretion and confidentiality are crucial.
