Executive Assistant to CEO of a Production Company
We are currently seeking an ambitious and rock star Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a boutique media production company based in West Hollywood. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day responsibilities of the CEO as well as the entire office. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience working in a similar capacity, preferably within the same industry. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn and grow within the tv & film industry! Must be proactive, self-sufficient, and be 10 steps ahead at all times. A bachelor's degree is required in order to be considered.
Typical duties are (but not limited to): handling front desk, phone/email correspondence, calendar scheduling, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and special projects. The candidate will also assist with general office duties such as inventory, ordering supplies, assisting with mail packages, coordinating with outside vendors, etc.
Schedule: M-F; 9:30 am-7:30 pm (1 hour of OT pay every day)
Pay: 40k + benefits + OT + 401k + enormous room for growth!
