Busy production company creating film, TV, digital and branded content is looking for a multitasking, highly organized creative individual to help run an executive's desk. This won't be your average assistant job - it requires someone who can pitch new ideas, has a sense of humor and can downright hustle. Have to be extremely good at creative solving problems, proficient in Photoshop, Word and Excel. And if you aren't a reader (books, scripts, etc.) then this probably isn't the job for you. Solid communication skills are key as you will constantly be coordinating and working with every department within the office and on productions. Great on the phone and amazing at scheduling. If you don't have a solid grasp on the content landscape (scripted, unscripted, digital and branded) then this is going to definitely be a crash course in it. Valid drivers' license and vehicle required!
