This position is ideal for someone with 5-10 years of Executive Assistant experience in the entertainment industry who wants to remain an assistant for their career.

Must have consistent work history of approximately 5-7+ years experience assisting an executive in the touring/live appearance industry either working at a talent agency in the personal appearance department, for a concert promoter, management company with touring acts, concert venue or ticketing company.

The individual in this role must understand live appearances/concert contracts and demonstrate the ability to proactively anticipate needs and deliver accurate results. A high-level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information as well as professionalism in dealing with senior executives, high-profile clients and buyers (promoters) is critical. The successful candidate will possess the ability to multitask, prioritize, and complete complex tasks quickly & accurately. Follow through is key as there are always multiple engagements occurring at any given time. This requires detailed execution to be sure all aspects of any deal are handled properly and in a timely fashion.

Responsibilities:

- Management of complex calendar scheduling for multiple artists as well as executive
- Schedule domestic and international travel
- Expense report coordination and submission
- Data input for live appearance agreements & track details involved in implementing live appearance engagements through completion of performance (including show settlements) with a high level of detail & accuracy
- Interface with talent (and their representatives), promoters, internal agents & assts, etc
- Tracking and disseminating ticket sales
- Ability to understand, discuss & incorporate contract modifications (at the agent's discretion) with promoters
- Manage/assist in all aspects of the business which includes a good deal of dictation for emails

Qualifications:

- 5-10+ years of senior level executive assistant support in the entertainment industry
- Bachelor's degree
- Experienced with all software and programs including Microsoft Office
- Executive level calendar management
- Must have worked in live appearances or ticketing at a talent agency, management company, for a promoter, concert venue or ticketing company in the live appearance industry

Salary: $80K/year
