Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
-Handling detailed documents with the utmost confidence and confidentiality
-Organizing physical and digital files
-Performing data entry in QuickBooks Premier Edition 2015
-Heavy client invoicing
-1-2 years accounting or finance experience preferred
-BA degree in Finance, Accounting or related fields a plus
-Proficient in Excel and all MS Office applications
-Works independently as well as within a team environment on various ongoing and non-recurring projects
-Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills; ability to work and communicate with all levels of the organization and senior-management
-Proven time management skills with ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and work in a fast paced environment
-Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and very strong multitasking abilities
-Maintain client and vendor files
-Tech savvy in relation to setting up clients through vendor portals and links
