Experienced Assistant needed for high volume desk to a Global Celebrity Branding Talent Manager (Department Head) at an A-Level Talent Management and Production Company.
Please note, this is not a beginner desk.
Amazing opportunity for someone who wants to work in talent representation in the branding/endorsement space. Our Brand Department is relatively new and expanding, so there is definitely room here for promotion. We represent a diverse range of A-Level celebrity talent; Boss is an incredible mentor who is eager to teach and train someone looking to work as a manager.
We are still currently working remotely, but please note our office is located in Century City.
Main duties include:
- Tracking active projects, pitches, and offers
- Pitching and outreach on behalf of clients and/or their own brands/sponsored content
- Creating one-sheets, pitch decks, and rosters for clients and/or their own brands/sponsored content
- Coordinating active projects on behalf of talent (i.e. corresponding with brands and agencies to coordinate shoots/events, creating itineraries for clients, relaying client feedback on creative and asset approvals, etc.)
- High volume of calls and scheduling on behalf of boss
- Bookkeeping (tracking finances, invoicing, etc.)
- General administrative support
Must Have's:
- Highly organized
- Great attention to detail
- Critical thinking skills
- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Photoshop (or similar program available to you)
- Phone etiquette (you will be corresponding directly with multiple A-Level talent and respected colleagues in the brand space)
- Minimum 1-year commitment
- Looking to work long-term in talent representation and/or branding
Nice to Have's:
- Interest or experience in Entertainment Law
- Experience with InEntertainment (or similar company-wide database for tracking projects and logging calls)
- Creative eye and experience or ability to create visual assets (i.e. one-sheets, pitch decks, etc.) via programs available to you
