Seeking highly organized experienced Executive Assistant to provide full administrative support for an all Asian Talent agency with offices in Los Angeles and New York City. This position is PERFECT for the highly experienced stay at home mom who wants to get back into the industry. Flexible schedule where you can work remotely from home as long as tasks are being completed in a timely manner.
If you can speak Mandarin, Japanese, Vietnamese or Korean is a huge plus but not required. You will be our in house Talent Manager and Executive Assistant to the founder of the Talent Agency. Candidate will help manage our Asian and Mixed Models, Actors, Talents and Clients booking memos, contracts and keeping track of all activities that goes on at the agency. Manager plays significant role in advancing their careers across the board for Commercial, Print, TV and Film working with models and prominent actors. 1 year minimum experience at either an Agency or Management firm.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Serve as interface to A List clients, producers and studios
• Administer day-to-day operations on busy and demanding desk and coordinate workflow of daily activities
• Prioritize competing needs, handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and with strong follow-through
• Manage mail, messages, correspondence, and maintain files
• Maintain and manage calendar, schedule, and coordinate appointments and facilitate meeting arrangements
• Establish and maintain effective communication with staff members in all departments.
• Organize, Coordinate, and collect data for reports and presentations
• Establish and maintain good communication with key contacts and clients
• Receive, open and screen incoming correspondence and emails
• Maintain confidentiality and high personal integrity in performing tasks that involve sensitive information.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
• Strong attention to detail and resourceful problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task in demanding, fast paced environment
• Strong computer skills in MS Office
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• If you can speak Mandarin, Korean, Japanese or Vietnamese is a HUGE plus but not required
QUALIFICATIONS:
• BA degree preferred
• AT LEAST 1 year of experience at an Agency or Management firm- REQUIRED
SALARY Negotiable depending on level of experience
