We are seeking a highly-motivated assistant to support a manger/producer.
This is a unique opportunity work for someone who both manages a-list talent and is president of a prestigious production company, giving you experience in representation and creative development. Former assistants have successfully transitioned into roles in producing, development, and talent management.
What You'll Do:
Provide day-to-day administrative support, including managing calendars, rolling calls, coordinating travel, and organizing meetings.
Manage personal scheduling and logistics, and serve as the point person for the household staff.
Serve as a professional liaison for clients, executives, and industry contacts.
Help track the status of client projects and support ongoing development initiatives.
Opportunity to eventually read scripts and provide coverage.
What We're Looking For:
At least 1 year of experience as an assistant.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive mindset, keen attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs.
Comfort handling confidential information with discretion.
