Full Time Job
Reputable boutique theatrical talent agency seeks an agent assistant to the president/founder of company. Must be comfortable managing a high volume of emails and calls. Excellent phone etiquette is a must! This position requires strong multi-tasking capabilities, ability to remain calm and organized when prioritizing tasks, attention to detail, and a great attitude. This is great hands-on immersion to the industry!
Must be based in LA, but will be remote for now, with occasional trips to the office as needed.
Job Requirements:
-College Degree
-Agency or management experience preferred.
-Knowledge of breakdown services and InEntertainment preferred.
-Reliable transportation
Duties include:
-Manage calendars for clients and boss
-Roll and answer calls
-Send out appointment and self-tape requests to actors
-Edit actor self-tapes
-Act as a liaison between casting directors, creatives, agent, managers, studio/network executives and actors
-Various administrative duties as needed
-Log and track client's checks
-Track upcoming projects and scripts
