A successful TV production company located in West LA is hiring a full-time Executive Assistant to the President/EP to start early-mid May. 1 year of agency or industry related experience (non internship) required.
The ideal candidate has strong prior administrative experience in the entertainment industry. An interest in pursuing TV production is strongly preferred, as the right candidate will have an opportunity to grow within the company.
Candidate should demonstrate strong communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills. Should be outgoing, a self-starter and calm under pressure. Excellent attention to detail is mandatory. Creative writing and graphic design skills are a big bonus. MUST be proactive.

Job responsibilities include:
• Heavy scheduling
• Rolling calls
• Perpetually liaising with:
o Employees from every department, including the scripted/unscripted development, production, music, executive and legal teams
o Network/production contacts
• Preparing presentations/decks/promotional materials
• Coordinating, creating, and managing our social media platforms
• Travel coordination (work with a travel agency) and creating itineraries
• Expensing costs
• Greeting clients
• Assisting President/EP with technological issues (must be comfortable troubleshooting)
• Looking for someone who has knowledge in MS Office Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, Keynote and managing/updating websites
