We are seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the founders of our digital media company. Our company produces YouTube channels, podcasts, and live events. The ideal candidate will be able to manage a variety of office and video production tasks.
Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level administrative support to the founders, including scheduling, email management, and travel coordination
* Assist with video production tasks, such as running errands, buying supplies, and coordinating for food and catering.
* Help manage the founders time during our live events.
* Maintain company files and databases in Google Drive.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to company culture.
Requirements:
* 1+ years of experience as an executive assistant.
* Proficiency in Google Suite
* Interest in video production and/or live event
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
* Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
