Executive Assistant to CEO

This is a Full Time Job

Staffing Agency looking for an Executive Assistant for our client a CEO. This is an in-person role. All candidates must be local to Los Angeles. This is not an entry level job; applicants must have previous experience being an Executive Assistant. This role is suited for someone who is interested in the business side of the entertainment business.

Duties included but are not limited to:

• Calendar management
• Opening and sorting mail
• Making reservations and booking appointments
• Booking travel and preparing itineraries
• Answering office phones, screening calls, and transferring calls.
• Running errands, Gift buying, and handling returns
• Reviewing invoices, statements, scanning, filing, and other administrative office duties to support the CEO's office and staff
• Sourcing / vetting vendors and contractors
• Assisting with party and event planning
• Interacting with guests, business associates, vendors and household staff
• Personal Assistant duties, special projects and other duties as needed

Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Must have a minimum of 2 years+ experience as an Executive Assistant to a C-Level Executive, celebrity or HNWI
• Computer proficient: MAC MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Tech savvy, must have interest in business, and good with figures
• Experience with Social Media
• Positive attitude and calm under pressure
• Polished, professional and proactive
• No job too small or too big mentality
• Anticipates needs
• Detail oriented, accurate, proactive, and resourceful
• Stable work history with excellent references
• Valid Driver license, car insurance and a reliable car

SALARY: $80K to $90K DOE + benefits
