Executive Assistant to CEO

Academy Award winning film production and sales company is seeking an executive assistant to the CEO. This is a busy desk and the position requires involvement in every facet of the company including development, production, and international sales. Some light personal tasks may also be required. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of executive assistant experience at an agency or a production company. All candidates must be extremely detail oriented, resourceful, have good time management, organizational skills, are proactive, work well under pressure, and possess a strong ability to multi-task. We are looking for somebody who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a strong desire to learn about the film production process.

This position is perfect for those looking to ultimately produce, write, or work in development. It is a challenging yet exciting desk with a tremendous amount to learn. Passion for storytelling and moving ahead in the entertainment industry is key.
