Part Time Job
Executive Assistant for CEO of a Creative Service and Talent Management Company.
We are an entertainment company who provides Creative Services and Talent management. We work with A level companies including Sony Music, Interscope Records, Disney, BET and more.
We are seeking candidates with a professional attitude, excellent communication skills, high attention to details and self-motivated. Job to start as soon as possible.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Email communication with vendors and customers. Prompt response along with professional language is required.
• Schedule appointments, including on-site meetings and office visits for CEO.
• Create invoices and deal memos for projects, as well as keep track of invoice payments and follow ups.
• Organization of Digital files, such as vendor contracts, paperwork, invoices and customer deal memos.
• Create and management outreach campaigns to customers (Mailchimp knowledge a plus) which also includes researching new contact info of potential customers.
• Assist with social media management - creative skills, as well as technical skills in this area are a plus. (Seeking social media gurus)
• Keep website updated frequently with new material and information.
Qualifications:
• Punctuality is key!
• Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel as well as other web-based applications.
• Incredible people skills in person and via phone.
• The ability to write a professional and comprehensive email.
• Knowledge of calendar and communication applications such as Outlook, Zoom, Skype, Whatsapp.
• Social Media skills are a plus - specifically with Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
• Possess organization abilities including multi-taking, prioritizing, hitting deadlines and working under pressure.
• Be a self-starter and proactive on a daily basis.
Completion of College is not required. We look at your job experience to determine if you are the right fit.
Work Hours: Monday through Friday, between 9am and 2pm.
