Full Time Job
• Day to Day support of CEO and executive officers
• Primary contact for internal and external parties on all matters pertaining to the office of the CEO and Business Manager. Manage key projects regarding events and communication critical to the functions of the executive offices.
• Manage complex and detailed calendar and travel plans.
• Handle Aftra membership documentation and personal insurance coverage.
• Support CEO, business manager and officers in both business related and personal activity.
• Office manager responsibilities include arranging and executing meetings, schedules, craft service, hosting groups large and small.
• May include personal responsibilities for the CEO and officers including those related to their residence, travel, and other personal and business contacts.
• Deals with sensitive and confidential information.
Successful applicant will possess the following qualifications:
*Three to five years experience as an Executive Assistant, must be at the upper level.
•Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
•Very strong interpersonal skills - friendly and polished with high energy - and the ability to build relationships with potential partners, staff, Board members and external parties
•Expert level written and verbal communication skills
•Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
•Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion •Experience in contract administration or a paralegal background a big plus
•Track record of streamlining processes, making suggestions on improvements allowing CEO and others to perform tasks more efficiently
