Executive Assistant to Artist Manager

We have an exciting opportunity with an Artist Manager who is seeking an Executive Assistant in the Los Angeles, near Studio City. This is a fantastic role for someone highly motivated, and passionate in the music industry, with lots of room for growth!

Ideal Candidate: Must have 1-2+ years of prior agency experience in the entertainment/music industry, working closely with day-to-day management. They should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure while maintaining excellent communication. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are also required.

Location: Studio City, CA

Typical Duties: Calendar and email management, acting as liaison coordinating meetings, sessions, and appointments, assisting with events, keeping projects and deadlines on track, running errands and other administrative tasks as needed.

Typical Schedule: In-person, Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm with flexibility as needed for evenings and/or weekends.

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 DOE, no benefits
