Executive Assistant/Office Manager needed for media company's New York City office.
Responsibilities include: -
- Managing the schedules of three executives including the founder/CEO
- Arranging meetings
- Coordinating executive travel plans including flights, cars, hotels, etc. both domestic and international
- Answering office phones, directing calls and answering queries
- Office supply and grocery shopping
- Dealing with vendors and maintaining a smooth-running office
- Oversee office intern program (posting openings, interviewing, hiring, and supervising).
Ideal candidate will have:
- 1-3 years' experience as Executive Assistant in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Extensive knowledge of airport travel
- Desire to be in the entertainment industry
- Critical thinking skills
- A positive attitude
