Attention Experienced Executive Assistants: Film Distributor is seeking a highly skilled, proactive, and ultra-organized Executive Assistant to support our CEO in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This position demands someone seasoned in handling extensive workloads and intense schedules, with the adaptability to handle the pressure of constant video calls, note-taking, and dynamic tasks throughout each day.

As the Executive Assistant, you'll be the CEO's right hand, ensuring all tasks, client relationships, and communications are executed to the highest standard. Your ability to anticipate needs, follow through meticulously, and juggle priorities with ease will be essential for success here.
What You'll Tackle:
Serve as a vital point of contact among executives, clients, and external partners.
Coordinate and maintain the CEO's calendar, meeting schedules, and call lists.
Keep CEO's task list updated, roll calls, and track all client communication.
Craft and update presentations, internal/external memos, and reports.
Prepare for and participate in video calls, taking precise minutes and documenting key actions.
Update CRM and manage follow-ups to keep business development on track.
Work with various software, including advanced functions in MS Office and Google Workspace, with a basic understanding of Canva and Photoshop for presentation work.
What We Need from You:
Solid experience as an Executive Assistant in a demanding, high-volume environment.
Exceptional organizational, time management, and memory skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with utmost discretion and professionalism.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and familiarity with office tools and applications.
Ability to hit the ground running with minimal training.
